RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

7GRAMS COFFEE enforces a Returns and Warranty Policy that includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

Products supplied by 7GRAMS COFFEE come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Additionally, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. In the event of product failures, 7GRAMS COFFEE will determine the extent of the failure and provide the appropriate remedy.

  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders for Domestic applications come with an RTB (Return To Base) 12 months parts warranty.
  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders for Commercial applications (Cafes, Restaurants, and Offices) come with an RTB (Return To Base) 12 months parts and 3 months labor warranty.
  • Used (Second Hand) Espresso Machines and Grinders for Commercial applications (Cafes, Restaurants, and Offices) come with an RTB (Return To Base) 3 months parts and 3 months labor warranty.
  • Accessories and any other equipment sold come with warranties as dictated by the manufacturer.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, 7GRAMS COFFEE is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the relevant time period for remedies may vary depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. 7GRAMS COFFEE adopts a flexible approach to remedy provision based on these factors and the return timeline.

7GRAMS COFFEE's liability for goods or services is subject to any non-excludable liability implied by legislation and is limited to:

  • In relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods, or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and
  • In relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

This Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner of a 7GRAMS COFFEE product if the sale is notified to 7GRAMS COFFEE within 14 days. The new owner must retain the original invoice or copy for warranty service, which is provided only within Australia.

For product returns or warranty claims, please contact us. You must have clear proof of purchase, typically a receipt, to obtain a refund, exchange, or repair. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in rejection of the return.
