7GRAMS COFFEE enforces a Returns and Warranty Policy in line with the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

Products supplied by 7GRAMS COFFEE come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not considered major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. 7GRAMS COFFEE will determine the extent of the failure and provide the appropriate remedy.

  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders (Domestic): These come with a 12-month RTB (Return to Base) parts warranty.
  • New Espresso Machines and Grinders (Commercial): These come with a 12-month RTB parts warranty and a 3-month labor warranty.
  • Used (Second Hand) Espresso Machines and Grinders (Commercial): These come with a 3-month RTB parts and labor warranty.
  • Accessories and Equipment: Warranties are as provided by the manufacturer.

For product failures not classified as major, 7GRAMS COFFEE reserves the right to choose between repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not time-limited, but the period for remedies may vary depending on factors such as the nature of the product and its price. 7GRAMS COFFEE takes a flexible approach to providing remedies based on these factors.

Our liability for goods or services is limited to:

  1. For goods: Replacement, repair, or supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of replacement or repair.
  2. For services: Re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of re-supply.

This warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner of the product if notified within 14 days, with the original invoice required for warranty claims, which are only applicable within Australia.

For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase, typically a receipt, to ensure eligibility for a refund, exchange, or repair. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in rejection of the return.

  • Coffee Beans: 7GRAMS COFFEE does not accept returns or provide refunds for coffee beans after they have been delivered. This policy ensures the quality and freshness of our coffee for all customers.
